In italy, we would save a little of the pasta water to thin! Fun class.

Duh. I do that with all the other pastas that I made. But for some reason, I always think of mac & cheese as American not Italian! Isn’t that dumb?

That was fun. Don't much care for mac & cheese but the repartee was great. I'll even watch the next one. My grandmother used to call spaghetti "those wormy things". Wonder if that influenced me??

PS. Boil the water ahead of time. Waiting for water to boil is boring even with your comments to try to cover it up.

Loved the demo… you two are the best. Unfortunately my internet was sketchy so I missed a lot… but enjoyed what I did get to see! Do more! So much fun! (Btw wasn’t cooking with you but next time!)

The ambiance/ interaction the two of you create is as much of a lure as the recipe. Doing a demo… meaning recording it without the “ live” feature… could still provide that with your personalities. But would it be as much fun for you and the audience? I think it’s more playful “live” with the Prosecco and singing! lol! I think that’s a big plus. 😉

Oh, I meant keep it live, but have swapouts, have the water ready to go, etc. So it wouldn't be real-time" cooking. So, say, a 2-hour recipe could be done in 30 minutes. Like they do on TV.

Thanks, Terry. I'm trying to figure out if it's better to do it demo-style so people can play it back later and cook it then. What do you think?

If you save the email, you can play play it back whenever you like. Which was what I did about halfway through when the dog was ditzing to go out so he could go to bed.
